Width: 60 cm / Height: 50 cm
Subject: Abstract

Original painting, oil on hand stretched canvas. This artwork is an reflection on auto destructive nature of human kind, over consumption and lack of respect to the environment we are live in. The image by itself shows a prediction, a post apocalyptic abstract landscape, where there is no place for human anymore. The title, inspired by 70's song by Genesis, is related to one of the Mother Nature's greatest weapons - The Giant Hogweed - a phototoxic plant, brought to Victorian United Kingdom from Caucasus as a decorative plant, now known as a poisonous for humans, causes blisters, scars which can last several years and even permanent blindness.
